This tutorial was designed and written by Derek W. Brown as a senior meteorological research project; this includes all text, hypertext, and graphics.
Graphics were created using Microsoft Paint, and compressed/converted to .JPG or .GIF format using Image Optimizer, a shareware program available for download at xat.com.
